Context / environment:

Management support and occasional back-up, leadership and BAU supervision of the team(s) responsible for various processes within Global and Direct Custody and Clearing


  • Ensuring constant manager’s support in assistance and development of their team members, preparing annual reviews of their personal development plans, managing their career growth.

  • Manager’s support in controlling and supervising any updates of the procedures and their improvement, including self-initiated technological changes.

  • Active seeking for improvement of the STP figures.

  • Manager’s support in controlling of the employee’s assignments and encouraging awareness of controlling activities among employees.

  • Manager’s support in controlling MCA in a timely manner.

  • Manager’s support in audits, internal and external controls as well as implementing their recommendations.

  • Manager’s support in the questions, queries and financial claims posed by the internal and external clients/business partners.

  • Raising and escalating queries along active seeking solutions for them with higher management.

  • Cooperation with other Citigroup teams to improve the services offered.

Knowledge / experience:

  • Knowledge of banking and financial systems acquired at university level.

  • Two years of experience in institutions linked to banking.

  • Satisfactory assessment grades .

  • Knowledge of Citigroup Policy with regard to settlement operations.

  • Project contributions/involvement
