If so, the Digital Solution Senior Advisor, within SAP Hybris’s Digital Acceleration Team, is an irreplaceable opportunity for you!
The mission of Digital Acceleration Team, part of SAP Hybris Global Accounts, is to work with SAP’s prime and strategic customer to help them accelerate their capabilities to engage their customer in the consumer age, and amplify the value they can get from SAP Hybris technology investments.
You will be in constant interaction with the Account Team dedicated to their customer, and work closely with solution management, industry advisors and other experts to advance strategic initiatives and contribute to optimize our value proposition.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES / WORK EXPERIENCE:
Our Digital Solution Senior Advisors know their customer’s visions, goals and desires, and design what SAP Hybris can bring to the table to make them leaders in Customer Engagement and Commerce digital initiatives.
They also have those capabilities that drive innovation and value for our customers:
Executive presentation and business acumen to win the hearts and minds of IT and Senior Executives and Officers (CxOs)
Ability to generate trust, cultivate alliances across the organization, and orchestrate interdisciplinary teams to the benefit of customers
Ability to solve challenges from a business and technology perspective
Ability to balance strategic thinking with pragmatic operational delivery
Curiosity, desire to constantly improve, empathy, fast learning and drive for results
Master degree with a strong academic performance and a preferred focus on Strategy, Business or ICT.
International curriculum with 7 years of professional experience,
Fluency in English and Polish. Knowledge of German is a plus.
Strong passion for technology and willingness to explore a fast-changing world
Proven track record of delivering value, bringing the benefits of technology to solve strategic and tactical issues
Familiarity with unconventional presentation tools.
Leadership qualities and ability to coordinate physical and virtual resources and initiatives
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including writing, that enable effective teamwork.
Solid understanding of SAP Hybris’s solution portfolio.
