The Knowledge Management team is an integral part of the Engineering Team. We develop the information critical to our customers' success with our products. Our deliverables include blogs and videos as well programming guides, installation guides, user guides, administration guides, online help, and more. Work closely with professional writers and software developers to gain a real understanding of software documentation. This position is challenging and rewarding, so come prepared to do real work, contribute to the success of an industry leader, and take pride in your accomplishments.
Skills & Qualifications:
The successful applicant must have the following skills:
Excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Solid academic record
Knowledge of accepted technical writing principles and practices
Experience with video editing software such as Adobe Captivate
Programming or database experience
Desire to broaden skills by applying technical writing skills in a development environment
