Due to growth our client is looking to hire a Senior Tax Analyst. Our client operates in 17 countries, employs more than 20,000 people and they are the largest firm in their industry. If you are hired as a Senior Tax Analyst for our large, international manufacturer, you will report directly to their global tax director. As a Senior Tax Analyst you will help support: Primary Duties: Preparation of tax schedules, forecasts, various tax payments and journal vouchers. Preparation of federal, state and local tax returns. Preparation of tax account reconciliations. Perform tax research. Assist with the implementation and maintenance of tax provision software. Assist with transfer pricing work. Respond to tax notices. Complete special projects as assigned. Identifies and implements internal controls improvements. Respond to internal and external audit requests and lead CSOX reviews. Requirements: To be considered for this role, candidates should have 3 or more years of corporate tax experience including: 2 or more years of large company tax compliance experience (C Corp and partnership). Possess a thorough understanding of large company federal tax compliance and planning. Possess Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Enjoy your analytical reasoning to help create solutions. Be highly Self-motivated, organized, resourceful, and detail orientated. Requires ability to work independently while possessing interpersonal skills necessary to interact with others. Proficiency in use of personal computer including word processing, spreadsheets and tax preparation software. Our client is requiring candidates possess a bachelor's degree or higher in accounting and have either an MST or CPA.
