Position Description:


(What is the person’s role/responsibilities? List specific expectations or deliverables)

Responsibilities and duties will include:

• Lead the initiative to architect and build FileNet P8 redistributable products

• Estimate & Develop FileNet solution enhancements and upgrades given provided business requirements

• Provide technical leadership across a typical ECM team of 4 to 6 members

• technical oversight and/or configuration selected FileNet modules.

• 3+ years FileNet P8 architecture experience

• 3+ years FileNet P8 development/implementation experience

• 3+ years document capture development/implementation experience

• Clear communication skills

• Development with the end user, system ‘upgradability’, and reusability in mind.


(including team oriented, managerial skills, etc.)

• 6+ years of Experience with enterprise content management tools (ECM) and Capture solutions

• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment

• Consulting experience

• Hands on programming skills, also has a strong diversity of non-programming technical skills.

• Experience with architecting upgradable, product based offerings on the FileNet solutions.


FileNet P8 4.0, 5.1, and 5.2

.NET and/or Java programming


BA/BS Degree optimally in computer science, information systems, or related field from an accredited college or university
