Cerner Engagement Owner in California
The Cerner Wellness team needs a committed and energetic project manager! Cerner’s Population Health organization is responsible for the development and delivery of Cerner's health and wellness platform, which boasts customizable, flexible wellness solutions for health plans, healthcare providers, resellers and employers, including an online Health Assessment, risk advisor, tracking tools, patient education resources, employee incentive programs, coaching modules, personal device integration, mobile phone app, wellness workshops, team challenges and a full reporting suite.
As an Engagement Owner (EO) you will be the main point of contact after Sales has delivered an executed contract. You will also be responsible for working with departmental and/or cross-functional teams to manage project plan action items including all project deliverables and risks/issues; training the client to become self-sufficient in their configuration and management of the solution while at the same time generating interest and excitement for the beneficial features of the solution, facilitating and leading project meetings, generating agendas/minutes, etc. Join the worldwide wellness movement and be a part of a fun, energetic, and dynamic team to promote our wellness solution in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment!

• Bachelor's degree in MIS, Business or related field or equivalent relevant work experience
• At least 2 years of Project Management or Project Consulting experience
• Experience working with wellness applications and/or within the health and wellness industry
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, client/server configurations, HTML relational databases
• Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Cerner solution knowledge or experience in technical roles within Cerner
• Ability to travel up to 20%
• Must currently reside in or be willing to relocate to Carlsbad, CA or the greater San Diego area
