The Principal-Client Lead role is highly visible and focuses on expanding and selling work.
Successfully managing multiple and/or complex consulting projects at one or more clients
Ensuring meaningful client value is delivered through a strong mix of best-practices solutions, skills, and capabilities.
Developing trusted, long-term profitable relationships with the executive client buyers
Managing growth by identifying sales opportunities on existing accounts and developing newly sourced work.
Managing teams of North Highland consultants and client staff at client site
Leading the execution of internal business initiatives
Teaching others how to develop valuable business development skills, tools, templates, and frameworks.
Inspiring and motivating our consultants by embodying the firm’s vision, mission, values and strategy.
Leveraging experience and credibility in field to develop new solutions for our clients
10+ years of management consulting, advisory, professional services and/or Big 4 consulting experience
Strong experience consulting in the Financial Services industry
Broad financial services background including consumer banking, retail banking, wholesale banking, risk, regulatory, and/or capital markets
Proposal development experience including the ability to effectively sell business solutions to clients
Experience hitting sales/business development targets
Running projects and managing teams; and delivery experience driving desired business outcomes, identifying gaps and omissions, and designing solutions
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university
Master's degree and/or professional certifications
Demonstrated track record of managing large and complex consulting engagements; including a role in managing and interfacing with senior level client executives
Ability to establish immediate credibility with clients and within the company; can build consensus and achieve goals through influence
Excellent interpersonal/communication skills
Creative thinking and ability to seek innovative solutions to complex technical/business problems
