Review, analyze and process purchase requests to ensure departmental procedures and policies are met. Communicate effectively with ITS stakeholders when corrective actions are required to produce a quality procurement packet. Process time sensitive requests while maintaining budget/quality initiatives. Coordinate with vendors and stakeholder to help prepare and/or finalize purchase requests as needed. Act as liaison with other departments in the preparation and analysis of purchase/contract requests. Maintain accuracy of various financial databases and tracking records for reporting purchase/financial data to leadership teams. Complete analyses of financial transactions, budget variances and spending trends as required. Research and provide procurement information upon request to resolve discrepancies. Examine historical and financial data upon request so ITS stakeholders can make relevant project decisions. Report discrepancies to business operations leadership team and recommend process improvements.
