Kimpton Hotels Cocktail Server PT in Portland, Oregon

Opening April 2018, Kimpton Hotels & Restaurant presents King Tide Fish & Shell, a place to enjoy the finest fresh-caught seafood in a laid-back, friendly atmosphere against a backdrop of scenic riverfront views. King Tide is inspired by our campfire-scented memories of summer and family fishing trips up to the lake. Chef Lauro Romero's menu of seafood classics ranges from lobster rolls to whole grilled fish, with local wines, beers and easy-drinking cocktails to match. When the weather gets nice, the outdoor patio is a prime spot to soak in the Portland summer.
